OPMOD 4.2 RC3

i just don't know the way to tell what the new features added in this latest version, "opmod 4.2 rc3". this latest version of the opmod actually has been released a few days ago, but though has been released since a few days ago, even though i knew already since a few days ago, and even though i've downloaded this latest version of opmod, but i've never tried to run this version as yet, so that i just can't explain to you what the new features added in this latest version. on top of that, i even just don't know if the file i'm about to share is in english language or otherwise you musn't expect, it has not been translated yet into english
