well, first, you need to be already listed in the IM3 24's package. if you're not listed yet, then you can dial to the *777# service
after, you have to send at least two sms in advance
for the 3rd step, make sure the card you are using to connect can freely access the 0.facebook.com. and if it can't yet, then you can register your card by dialing to *777#1*7#

have you had all that? then create a new access point with input:
apn: www.indosat-m3.net
proxy: 195.189.142.132
port: 80
and set your opera mini 4.2 or 5.2 handler:
- http server: http:// 0.facebook.com/
- socket server: socket: //0.facebook.com/
proxy type: host
- proxy server: mini5.opera-mini.net:80

or also you can try the following trick. Use the default setting from indosat or even combine with the access point i just shared above
set your opera mini 4.2 or 5.2 handler, just fill in:

- socket:// 195.189.142.132.server4.operamini.com:1080/
- front query: 0.facebook.com@
- proxy type: host
- proxy server: 0.facebook.com
