Reportedly, sources indicated that Amazon may will release up to four new tablets this 2012 with a 10-inch model to compete with the New Apple's iPad. A well known source of rumor, Digitimes, reported that sources have confirmed Amazon will release at least two new tablets in this 2012. And that the tech giant and Kindle maker may launch four new tablets before the end of the year. This 10.1-inch tablet is likely for sale between $249 - $299, according to the report.
The new Apple's iPad'd sold 3 million units over the first weekend, which it could be benefiting the company about Us$1.5 billion. Kindle Fire is largely seen as the most able competitor to Apple's current tablet hegemony. It'd sold between 3 and 6 million units since the release at 2011's holiday. The Fire's success
has owed in large part to its price, a price that is less than half of the cheapest iPad, and undercuts most of its Android competitors. - Because the Fire's display accounts for an outsized 46 percent of the tablet's cost, Amazon is allegedly turning to HannsTouch as the new supplier of touchscreens.
The shipments of the 10.1-inch tablet may be made in the next July.
