A few days ago, Sony Mobile has announced a new addition for the Xperia series namely
Sony Xperia neo L. This neo L is belong to mid-range devices, and that the phone is based on the neo V, but with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
You'll probably be confused to know/differ betwen the neo V and neo L as they're having a realy similar looks and specifications. And beside similar to the neo V, this neo L is also a bit more alike to the Xperia Play.
This Sony Xperia neo L adopts a 1GHz single-core Snapdragon processor and an Adreno 205 graphics chip bundled with 512MB of RAM. Has a 4-inch LCD display with a 480 x 854 px resolutions, 5Mp main camera with 720p and VGA second camera for making video calls, a longer but slimmer body with 120.0 x 61.0 x 12.8mm.
It's not yet clear when the phone will be available for other countries, all Sony announced was that China will get it first.
